Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Jawline Max, formerly known as Jawline Hero, and related services provided by Burak Eray Kayis ("we," "us," or "our").
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using Jawline Max, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app. You must meet the applicable legal requirements to use the service; if you are below the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must review these Terms and supervise your use. The app is not intended for children under 13.
Apple's Standard Licensed Application EULA applies to the App Store application unless a separate custom EULA is supplied through Apple. These Terms describe our app and related services and do not replace that EULA. Apple's applicable service and purchase terms also apply.
2. What the app provides
Jawline Max offers guided jawline and facial exercises, training sessions, reminders, progress photos, streaks, challenges, achievements, league features, and optional premium access. Features may vary by platform, app version, plan, configuration, and availability.
3. Exercise safety and results
The app provides general exercise and wellness information, not medical or dental advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a medical device. It does not replace a qualified professional. Appearance changes, jawline changes, or results within a particular number of days are not guaranteed.
Use comfortable movements and follow appropriate safety guidance. Stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, jaw discomfort, or other concerning symptoms. Ask a qualified healthcare or dental professional before using the exercises if you have a jaw condition, injury, recent procedure, or another condition that may affect safe participation. Do not use the app to delay necessary care.
4. Permitted use and intellectual property
Subject to applicable law and app-store terms, you may use the app for your personal purposes on supported devices. Rights in the app, branding, and original app content remain with their respective owners. You may not unlawfully copy or distribute the app, bypass premium or security controls, disrupt services, impersonate others, or reverse engineer the app except where law permits.
5. Your photos, display name, and messages
You retain the rights you have in your progress photos and support messages. You are responsible for having permission to use the content you provide. Progress photos are stored locally in the current implementation. Support messages are sent to our backend; you authorize their processing as necessary to answer and maintain your support conversation. Do not send unlawful, abusive, infringing, or unnecessarily sensitive content. Display names and local league state are not a guarantee of a public competitive ranking.
6. Free and premium features
The app may offer free features, subscriptions, and one-time purchases. Prices, billing periods, trial conditions, and included features are shown before purchase. Do not rely on a feature being available unless it is included in the offer you select. RevenueCat is used to verify purchases and premium entitlements.
7. Billing, subscriptions, and refunds
Purchases through Apple App Store are processed by that store, subject to its terms and applicable consumer law. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew according to the offer confirmed at purchase unless canceled using the store's subscription controls. Trials may become paid subscriptions as disclosed at purchase.
Manage or cancel subscriptions through your store account. Deleting the app or its local data does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled through the relevant store and applicable law; we cannot guarantee a store-controlled refund. Restore available purchases using the app's restore feature and the appropriate store account.
If a one-time purchase is offered, the access included is defined by the offer shown at purchase. It does not promise that every device, future feature, or online service will remain available indefinitely. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
8. Reminders, progress data, and leagues
Reminders depend on permissions, device settings, battery policies, and system scheduling and may not arrive at an exact time. Progress photos, training history, goals, streaks, and other local records may be lost when app or device data is removed. League displays, XP, and achievements are motivational features and do not establish medical improvement, cash value, or a right to prizes.
9. External services and connectivity
Some features require an internet connection and services such as Firebase, Mixpanel, OneSignal, RevenueCat, Supabase, YouTube, and the app store, with Sentry used for iOS diagnostics. Availability and behavior of external services are outside our complete control. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. You are responsible for device and connectivity costs.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes local data, support information, identifiers, analytics, diagnostics, notifications, purchases, and service providers for this platform. Device permissions and available app controls let you make choices about camera access, notifications, and local photos.
11. Updates and service changes
We may update the app or modify features to maintain security, compatibility, and operation, or for other legitimate reasons. Supported devices and operating systems may change. Features can be unavailable during maintenance or third-party failures. Any changes affecting paid access remain subject to applicable consumer law and the purchase terms.
12. Restrictions and termination
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues, legal obligations, or violations of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time. Subscription cancellation and deletion of server-held information are separate actions.
13. Warranties and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an as-available basis, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or a particular exercise or appearance result. You remain responsible for using exercises safely. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory warranties or limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer protections.
14. Changes and contact
